The Managerial-business skills development for researchers (MBSDr) program is an international, highly-intense training program as part of the Pacinno project that is designed to enhance researchers leadership, management, and business competencies to sharpen your ability to tackle cross-functional challenges in your research organization. The main aim of the MBSDr program is to develop the managerial and entrepreneurial skills of R&D professionals as individuals, and consequently improve the functioning of their teams and organizations. The courses that will be part of the MBSDr program will be led by upstanding lecturers with international expertise in the fields of management, leadership, innovation, and creativity. The location of the MBSDr program is Vipava Valley, Slovenia.
The Programme is divided into two blocks of workshops:
- Business environment (block 1)
- Management skills development (block 2)
Each block will be composed of several subject courses and will be delivered over five-day residential modules, in the Vipava Valley, Slovenia, in October 2015 (block 1), and November 2015 (block 2).
